You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving it (the Norwegian right of withdrawal for distance sales). Tell us by e-mail within those 14 days, then return the work within 14 more days, in its original condition and packaging. You pay the return shipping unless the work arrived damaged or is not what you ordered. Originals and limited-edition prints are returnable like any other goods; commissioned or personalised works are not. If a work arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the work and the packaging, and we will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
